Eligibility, Pay & Age Limit

Credit Manager (MMGS-II)

  • Qualification: Graduation with 60% marks OR professional qualification like CA/CMA/CFA/MBA (Finance).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience as a Branch Manager or in Credit Appraisal/Processing in a Scheduled Commercial Bank.

Agriculture Manager (MMGS-II)

  • Qualification: A Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or allied fields with a minimum of 60% marks.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in a relevant field as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank.

Pay Scale & Age Limit

  • Pay Scale (MMGS II): ₹64820 - ₹93960.
  • Age Limit (as on 01/09/2025): Minimum 23 years and Maximum 35 years. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories.

Selection Process

Written Test & Interview

  • The selection process will involve Screening, followed by a Written Test and/or a Personal Interview. The bank may waive the written test at its discretion.
  • Written Test: An online objective test of 100 marks and 105 minutes, covering English Language, General Awareness, and Professional Knowledge.
  • Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview.
  • Final Selection: A merit list will be prepared with a weightage of 70% for the written test and 30% for the personal interview.
